I just adore doing Art- seriously nothing brings more calmness and collecting my thoughts then it. I have seen so much art lately. I love it! My talented, face painting, friend came over so I could show her how to burn hats. Awwww, she burned one for a prize for Bunco (its up above) and I’m in awe of her skills. I’m still getting down the flow of the burners tip -she said. Artist make it look so easy to weld that tip.
Holidays always bring me to wanting to see the Art around. I love the use of unconventional art. Grand America in SLC always has a big gingerbread house during the holidays that I find to be a work of Art. We happened upon it when we got off our flight and the airport was a short distance away. Their little 1920s pastry shop is divine too with the cutest ambience. I know some people will argue that food Art is a waste. I see it, smell it, appreciate it. It’s never a waste. The wall display themes were musical songs and the travelling penguin in each display. They had a scavenger hunt and a story line with each window display. Kids who don’t want to follow that storyline they can find the penguin and his woodland creatures.

Love that they tell the observers how much materials goes into into and the cheeky leadership, vision in lbs.
