We went to the most beautiful cities in Alaska on our Norwegian cruise. Sitka is glorious and I absolutely loved the totem poles in the wilderness. So much history. From the Tongass Sitka national park with Tlingit and Haida tribes giving the gifts of Totems to Brady a US leader which turned to the US National forest these amazing pieces of history are preserved them, according to locals and folklore the totem poles are traditionally exposed to the elements and just ware down. These beautiful totem poles that share stories from generations are now preserved by totem pole carvers after they are worn down and remade. They are nestled on the Totem trail that is next to the shore it is beautiful. The Tongrass forest is one of the only the largest temperate rainforests in the world. I have gone to some in South America and in the Appalachians. One of my favorite types of Forrest because they are cool temperature and remind me of my childhood even though I was a beach baby. So to the bishop Nice house.

I’m in love with Alaskan Icy Straits with what the natives have did to just make to highlight the beauty of that place. It is just beautiful we went in July the spawning of the sockeye salmon. Wild Alaska is beautiful, honestly Alaska has so much wilderness it can be dangerous with weather and wildlife still. So for my disability with a company that made it easy to travel, and stop looking up hundreds of hours going through and discovering the easiest accessiblity the cruise made it easy. Icy Straits was adventurous, yet accessible mostly exempt the container bathrooms are not that I could see with respect it’s up on a mountain so has a slight slope.
